We want every step to feel magical — and if something isn't quite right, we're here to make it easy.
Our Return Window
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn, unused, with original tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
How to Start a Return
All returns must be requested by email before sending anything back — unannounced returns cannot be accepted. To begin, contact us at service@magictreeshoes.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
Once your return is approved, we'll send you clear instructions on where and how to send your package. Please do not send items back before receiving approval.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping cost, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. To make sure your package reaches us safely, we recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
For hygiene and quality reasons, the following cannot be returned:
- Socks and other worn items
- Personalized or custom items
- Items purchased on final sale or clearance
- Items not in original condition, or returned after the 14-day window
Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at service@magictreeshoes.com with a photo of the issue. We'll make it right — through a replacement, store credit, or refund — at no extra cost to you.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? The fastest way is to return your original item (following this policy) and place a new order for the pair you'd like. This ensures you get your new favorites as quickly as possible.
Buy 2 Get 1 Free — Returns
If your order was part of a Buy 2 Get 1 Free promotion and you return enough items that the order no longer qualifies, the value of the free item will be deducted from your refund, or the free item must be returned along with the others.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email whether your refund has been approved. If approved, it will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember that your bank or card provider may need a few extra days to process it on their end.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you still haven't received it, please email us again at service@magictreeshoes.com.
