Shipping & Delivery
Every order is prepared with love and a sprinkle of magic. Here's everything you need to know about your package's journey — from our enchanted world to your door.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed in the US and may be shipped from San Diego, California or international partners, depending on availability. After your order is placed, our team carefully prepares each item with love and care — processing usually takes 1 to 2 business days before your package is handed to our shipping partners.
Taxes & Duties (DDU): Import taxes and customs duties may apply depending on the destination country. Customers are responsible for any charges applied at delivery.
Order & Shipping Confirmation
After placing your order with Magic Tree Shoes, you'll receive a confirmation email with all the details. Once your order ships, we'll send a second email with your tracking number, courier information, and estimated delivery date.
If you don't see our emails, please check your spam or promotions folder — our fairies might have taken a wrong turn!
Processing Time & Schedule
We lovingly prepare each order with care and magic. Please allow 1 to 2 business days for us to process, pack, and hand over your package.
Note: Processing time is separate from shipping time. Your total delivery time = processing time + shipping time. Orders ship on business days only (Monday to Friday); orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Courier Partners & Tracking
We work with reliable international courier partners to ensure your order arrives on time and in perfect condition. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking link, estimated delivery time, and courier details — so you can follow your order's journey every step of the way.
Please note that tracking may take 1 to 4 business days to appear on the courier's website. Delivery times are estimated and may vary by location. Should any delay occur due to customs, weather, or factors beyond our control, our team will be happy to help — just reach out.
Damages During Delivery
We pack each order with the greatest care to make sure everything arrives safe, sound, and magical. If a package arrives with signs of courier damage, please take photos of the packaging and item and contact the delivery company as soon as possible.
You can also send the same photos to us at service@magictreeshoes.com, and we'll do our best to assist you with love and care.
Please note: damages caused during courier handling fall outside our refund policy, as they occur after the package leaves our hands. We conduct quality checks before every order is shipped.
Incomplete or Incorrect Orders
If your package arrives with missing or incorrect items, don't worry — we're here to help! Please contact us at service@magictreeshoes.com within 48 hours of receiving your package, including your order number and a description or photo of the issue.
Depending on stock availability, we may send missing items separately (you'll receive extra tracking emails). Shipping costs for missing or incorrect items are fully covered by us. If we can't resend the item, we'll happily issue a full refund for the missing piece.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Orders are processed automatically, and we cannot change the address once shipped. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will:
- reship to the corrected address once received, with the customer covering the new shipping cost, or
- issue a refund for the item(s) minus the original shipping charges.
If the order is delivered to the wrong address due to an incorrect entry at checkout and does not return to us, we're unable to provide a refund or replacement.
Delayed Delivery
We understand how exciting it is to wait for your little one's special package, and we do our best to ship every order as quickly as possible. Some delays may occur due to severe weather, customs processing, or transportation issues — and we kindly ask for your understanding in those moments.
Delays may also happen due to product availability, payment verification, or order processing. If that's the case, we'll let you know right away. While we can't guarantee exact delivery dates, our team is always here to keep you updated and help with care.
International Shipping
We proudly ship worldwide to bring our magic to little ones everywhere! All orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid), meaning import taxes, duties, or customs fees (if any) are the customer's responsibility at delivery.
In most cases, no additional charges apply — but this may vary by country. International delivery may take longer than domestic, and tracking can take 1 to 4 business days to update. Magic Tree Shoes is not responsible for delays, customs holds, or fees applied by local authorities.
If your package is held at customs, you may need to provide documentation to release it. Our team will gladly help guide you through the process — just reach out!
Lost or Stolen Packages
We know how frustrating a lost or stolen package can be, and we're truly sorry if it happens. Once your order is handed to our courier partners it leaves our hands — but we're still here to support you. Please contact us at service@magictreeshoes.com and we'll do our best to assist right away.
We also recommend contacting the courier directly to open a claim; if needed, we'll speak to them on your behalf. Please note: lost or stolen packages fall outside our refund policy, but depending on the case we may offer a replacement or credit once the loss is confirmed and documented.
Returns
Sometimes an item may not be exactly what you expected — and that's okay! We want the return process to be as simple and gentle as possible. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Order Cancellation & Refusal
We work hard to honor every order with love and care. In rare situations, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order — especially in cases of suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, or policy violations. We may also limit quantities per customer or household if necessary.
If a cancellation is made by our team (not by customer request), we'll issue a full refund, which may take 3 to 5 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or card provider.
